I started my journey December 2012 at 215lbs. I felt so much pain every morning that I could hardly get out of bed. So I decided to make small changes such as trying to eliminate prepared foods and begin to exercise.
The journey has been slow and steady. I have run my first 5k and recently did a 9k trail run. Next landmark is Mud Hero in TO in 2 weeks! yikes!
I have the last 15lbs to lose. Just turning 50 and trying to continue to enjoy life and feel good in my skin.
