Hello to all the friends I have yet to meet. My name is Margaret and I live in Lawton, OK with my honey and pets (3cats and 2dogs). We have 3 grown children between us all out of the house...so now its time for mom to look to her own health. I have been battling my weight for 25 years and am now suffering from some genetic issues as well as cronic pain caused by spinal injuries. I have given up on working as the pain management makes me so fuzzy that I can't perform properly.

This is one of my biggest fears about loosing weight, I am limited physically and can do very little walking or standing and am limted to lifting no more than 5lbs. I hope to meet others on here who my have similar issues that I can get ideas or lend an ear to someone who just needs to blow of some frustrations.
