I'm a twenty year old girl from Australia.
I've been overweight my whole life and two years ago weighed in at my heaviest; 110kg. Seeing that triple digit number on the scale was the kick in the pants I needed to change to way I interacted with food. It was no longer going to be my comfort when I got sad, instead I simply started regarding it as fuel.
As of today I've lost a total of 32kg but I'm still not in a healthy weigh class nor am I satisfied with myself. :|
