Active 66 year old lady who up until mid 2019 was always a stable weight of 55 kilos but since then I've steadily piled the weight on (especially belly fat) and now 63.5 kilo.
A lot I think was stress related snacking,especially when unable to sleep, plus eating too many nuts
Today I worked out an average evening of snacking quantity Brazil nuts,almonds,dried blueberries and raisins TOTALS over 1000 CALORIES!!!
That's on top of my regular meals.
NO WONDER I'VE PILED THE WEIGHT ON.
