Alhamdulillah, baru ngontrol makanan 2 hari tiba2 nimbang eh udh 60,5 aja bb nyaaa. semangaaaat!!
60.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
