Beautiful Day 4. A little gain but obviously expected with the gym. Taking tomorrow off. I am so tired from work and need a minute to catch my breath. Making good decisions and sticking with it. It's nice starting again - the benefit is I'm starting from a much better weight... be interesting to see how difficult these last 10 lbs are or if I stay the course I'm on if they will disappear over time.
