Super disappointed.. couldn't resist the KFC my boyfriend brought home tonight... went way over my 1200 cal limit. On the bright side that's my first and only cheat meal of the week and a half I've been on this app. Start fresh tomorrow morning

And that would be 2000? Or like 1800? I'm 5,7 and 19 years old.

one meal do not focus on that but the 99% POSITIVE you did the rest of the time 😁

I shoot for -7000 cals a week which still let's me eat 2000 at least one day, ~1400 the rest of the week. Be kind to yourself!
