My goal at the beginning of the year was to get from 280 pounds down to 220 by the end of June. June 30th weigh in was 219.8 pounds... just made it. Now that I am here, I feel I need to lose another 15 pounds to be at my ideal weight of 205 pounds. Target is for the end of September.
