This week I've been losing weight nearly every day! I'm at 212.5 today. My metabolism must have heard me complaining and kicked in. :-D
I started taking B-12 today and did take my multivitamin. I need to get into the routine of taking my supplements...yada yada yada...It's one more thing...I'll get there. Awareness is the biggest hurdle to jump over. I am aware..now I will work on being diligent on taking them...it's always sumptin! You were right Nana Rosanne Rosanadana!!!
