Woo Hoo! Just started the C25K and it felt awesome. I have definitely done some damage to my lungs from all the smoking, but all I can do is try to right the wrong. Its been 15 years since the last time I did any kind of jogging, and Im hoping I can stay on course and get back to the way I used to be....Wish me luck! :)
