it's so hard ....

the first week was GREAT ..i was really committed and lost 3kg in 10 days .....then ....i lost my motivation .

Well, i weight in every day but i cant get under my last weight going up and then loosing again.

I'm going back home in 2 weeks and i want to lose at least 2 kilos and say BYE BYE to the "80's" kg.

Moreover, the weather is so hot that i have no lust to go to the gym!
Uefa, parties and so on dont make it easy either. I'm trying to avoid every junk drink but not drinking during "happy hours" is impossible....

I want to lose 2 kilos in 2 weeks, it's possible....it should be easy. hope to engage again!
