well my all time low is 230.6 so I would say that my next goal is going to be 225. I want to see myself down from the 230's. I have been here for 2 months now so it is time to move on. I can tell my metabolism is up and running again because I woke up starving this morning! I am excited about being under 200 lbs again. It is so close I can almost touch it!
