The five pounds lost with the initial fat flush plan in the magazine was very inspirational. Of the 10 lbs I wanted to lose before going to Vegas last week, I lost 7. Yippee. I was so impressed with the success I bought the plan with cookbook which came with a journal and shopping guide.
There are four other ladies here at work that are going to officially start the FFP with me on monday. We are going to start with the 24 hour detox.
The goal...drop 60 pounds and feel great!
