I got a blood ketone meter so I have been trying to test my ketones every day. I've been inspired listening to Dr. D'Agostino. He knows how many glasses of wine or beer he can drink before being thrown out of ketosis. I'd like to get to know my body that well. Still have trouble moving the scale without fasting seriously. I guess I really need to start weighing and tracking my food. I'd swear I'm under in my calories but I never know on any given moring if it will be up or down.
