Well today is my actual bday and I think I did really well. My boyfriend offered to cook me anything I wanted or go and buy anything I wanted. So I asked him to make a broiled chicken breast with microwaved baby potatoes and steamed beans...although I was tempted to ask for chicken fingers and fries from our favorite chicken place. LOL. Anyways I also joined Tai Chi and todays my first class. Im really nervous. I havent worked out pretty much my whole life so Im out of shape. Im sort of embarassed to go but I figured I have to start some where right???

Happy Birthday!!!! Congrats on the self control! I am proud of you! Good luck with the Tai Chi... I myself just go the gym and don't take any special class... because I am so not cordinated - afraid of making a fool of myself LOL Anyway - just wanted to wish you a happy b-day - hope you had a good day!

Thanks for the happy bday! Tai chi was actually really simple. Im super unbalanced but they say it will help. :) Heres hoping :)
