Ok wrote me off this week. I plan to put on a lot of weight. I’m in Langkawi for a few days and then going to Kuala Lumpur. I thought my sister in law deserved a holiday and I deserved a break from my diet...... wish me luck..... today I have gone over my calories by 199%..... 3000 eaten to be exact.... whoops. It was all the rice.
