well, I made it through the day without weighing myself. check. and I finished a bunch of loose ends about our upcoming vacation. check. check. check. I had so much fun today w/ my husband and youngest son. We just hung out together - out in the yard doing clean up mostly, but fun nonetheless. And we laughed alot. Didn't find that on the exercise list - but I am sure I burned at least 25 calories :) Didn't really think about food today. I had already planned out my menus, and mostly it was reminding myself when it was time to eat something. I feel more relaxed about this program. It's working, and I am working hard at keeping it working, and I am pleased w/myself - progress - works for me.
