Losing Again!! Not sure if it is this 7 day diet kick I am on or the water I am drinking but whatever weight is coming off and no great yearning for food.See my food journal for what i ate yesterday. Pretty much same meal plan today e4xcept it will be grilled chicken and more veggies for dinner.

So Dawn, what is the 7 day kick??? CONGRATULATIONS on the loss, we are neck in neck in this weight loss, can't wait to see us cross the finish line!
