Ooops...up to 221.1lbs...that's a few pounds gained...too much partying over the weekend & not enough following the plan.
I feel pretty good about myself tonight, I got back on the exercise bike and also did my weight workout...so lots of exercise today...just need to keep it up.
More again tomorrow.
