weight up despite starving on average of 1200 cal per day, and staying in keto at under 20g of carbs a day. Have felt weak and dizzy at times also, had a horrible dry mouth and metallic taste. Only had one bowel movement so far in two weeks, and only managed that due to taking Sennacot. This is a horrible unhealthy diet, and I am weaning off it from tomorrow .
