I'm committed to stay within the points guidelines today, so I've started off with filling, but lower points choices. I has a zero points soup, and plan on having a biggish snack at about 3:00 as that is the time when I am most prone to eating very high points stuff. Nice to think proactively.

Mostly though I want to make sure that I am not obsessing about food. That has always seemed like the main drawback of the "weight watching thing".
