Heran deh.... Mau defisit kalori aja susah betul. Padahal gizi sdh mencukupi malah overload. Tapi yg namanya lapar mata susah ditahan. Lihat ini itu pengen ngunyah. Apalagi lihat jajanan manis.....🙄🙄🙄
