Michelle450to, I thought it best to inform you that changing a lifetime of eating habits into better ones is not a race====We are all here for your support, as we too need encouraging words from time to time. Don't look at the finish line, but the small steps you've taken to get closer to your goal. Stay Positive, keep working at it. I know you'll achieve your goals. Your making changes to last as lifetime....Racing to a finish line --often ends in heartache, injury, or failure. We want none of those for you. ONLY SUCCESS !!!! We all remember the story Tortoise and the Hare ---> the tortoise (slow and methodical) won the race ---- Apply this thought process, may take time, but it will train your body to acclimate for life. :-)
