You could make these at home; a lot healthier than fast food too. Use turkey bacon, egg beaters (or egg whites), and one slice of cheese on a Thomas' light English muffin. They're also available in the frozen aisle of your supermarket. Weight Watchers makes them too.

The McDonalds sandwich is 620 calories. By comparison, the muffin=100 calories, turkey bacon= 30 calories per slice, egg beaters=33 calories and cheese is about 40 calories. Total, about 200 calories. A savings of 400 calories.

Smart Ones has a similar product that you can buy already made. Just wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 45 seconds (for when you're in a hurry). Look in the frozen aisle of your supermarket.
