I know my eating is psycological. My mind wants to eat 10x what my body needs.I hope in time I can overcome what my mind wants. Started off with a packet of oatmeal and a 12oz cup of diet mt dew for breakfast. I plan to have a 100 cal pretzel pack @ around 10am and then planning on Subway again for lunch. Will sneak in a 5hr energy drink in somewhere I am sure. I am dreading but need to embrace tonights planned dinner of KFC. Hopefully I can be strategic about todays intake before dinner so that I can enjoy the evening.
