Husband is home. I find I eat a lot more when he is around. Also my routine is much different. Love it when he's home but find I am less focussed. My everyday workouts have caught up to me I think. I'm pretty exhausted but am scared to quit in case of letting weakness in. Picked up some melatonin today so I will be able to fall asleep easier at night and perhaps reset my sleep cycle a bit. Went up today and am a bit disappointed even though I know I ate a lot yesterday it makes sense. Time to trudge through the monotony and make some goals happen.
