Stayed on program all weekend... Worked in yard several hours on Saturday...expecting some weight loss to show this morning...NO WAY!THE SCALE HASN'T MOVED! What is it going to take to get me moving again? I am a slow loser but this is getting me down...(talking to myself now in a stern voice)STOP!! You ARE NOT giving up on this diet change...YOU know YOU can't eat carbs...Eye on the prize...A HEALTHY FUTURE...YOU CAN DO IT!! Make a plan: I will get out my book and follow the meal plans for a few days...I"VE GOT THIS!!
