Seriously Michelle, l am so proud of you and the way your going on and making real exercise a part of your life.Changes for you are happening all the time and l guarantee a yr.from now you'll have us all in tears,including yourself because it'll be like night and day with the way you will look and feel..my bench presser.

Murf- that's what I am hoping.. I promised myself this year I would get down to my high school weight of 295-265. So far this year has been sort of stall central, but I know if I keep doing what am doing I will loose weight.

As it stands on paper I should be loosing weight rapidly, but we all know that calculations aren't right.

My Little arm curled, I've got places where the fat is grandfathered in and l work on it but the fat drops off somewhere else so go figure..in time its got to happen.
