It's funny, but I notice that my highest calorie days are NOT on the obvious days (holiday feasts with family) but on those days that sneak up on you and then BOOM, over the mark. Keep going! You can do this! I read your bio and I'm in pretty much the same spot - 2 kids, desk job, plenty of bad eating/habits. But all we have to do is a few small, positive steps. BTW, I found some great workout pants at Old Navy for not much $$ if you decide to reward yourself early. (-:
