This is how i carry my meals to work. It’s very difficult to follow a healthy balanced diet when you have a 9 to 5 job or if you are a student.

Ha ha ha. These days people get swooned away by brown rice without knowing that it affects absorption of other important nutrients. Go for white basmati rice instead.
