Alright. Its time to get this last 7.5 pounds off to meet my first goal. I started my multivitamins last night, so I'll be seeing if that affects my energy level at all. I still need to get a new work out schedule. I'm thinking Monday and Wednesday mornings would be great because I don't have class until early or late afternoon. I just don't like excercising alone. I need someone to distract me from my sweating. Ha.

Easter dinner last night was yummy, and I didn't over-eat at all. Only a teeny bit of candy, thank goodness.

Last week my body was retaining water like crazy! I have no idea why, but I'm just glad its over with now. I also left my water bottle somewhere on campus, so I won't be getting that back for a bit :(

Yesterday I wore the white summer dress I bought for high school graduation 3 years ago. I was glad to see that it fit and looked better on me than when I was 17! How cool is that?

My dear, if your diet calendar truly reflects everything you've been eating, then you are NOT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES!!! Srsly, your RDA should not be below 1400/day. If you don't eat enough calories, your hair will fall out, you'll be lethargic, your credit rating will drop and you will start smelling of elderberries. I read that somewhere on the internet, so it's true. Science. Look it up. And then eat more calories. For reals.

That's not true. You need to consume at least 1100 calories per day. as long as you're above 1100 you should be fine

I always try to keep my calorie count lower than recommended because some of the foods I eat I may under/over estimate. Some days, I just don't get around to eating as much as I should. But I'm sure I average 1200 a day, given the days this food counter is over and under. I'm eating enough, and never let myself feel weak. This last week or so was tough because I had only sugary snacks (the special K bars were way sweeter than I expected) and when I feel weak, I don't like sugar. But now I have almonds and other goodies with me for when breakfast or lunch wasn't enough. SO don't fret, Mimi. I'm not starving myself.
