Ikutin langkah pas mulai saat masukan data jd terlihat kebutuhan kalori kita, apakah mau menurunkan berat badan, manaikan berat badan, atau menjaga berat badan sesuai pilihan kita. 2000kal biasanya menjaga berat badan, setau aku sih gt 😁
