Good Evening sweeties,

Today was a relief. I reached my calorie goal and tomorrow is weigh in time and also my off day from the gym...I haven't quite figured out wether or not I want this to be an active rest day or an actual rest day...If it turns out being and actual rest day, than I would have burn 7,954 calories this week! So if that's the case (and all this that I burned is hopefully fat :))) ) than I will be at least 2 pounds lighter which will drop me down to 144!!! =) 2 pounds closer to my goal weight :) Than I would only have 20 more pounds to go...I can do this!

I am pretty nervous about tomorrow. Not only because it's a weigh in day, but also because of the fact that it's the rest days that are one of the most challenging days as far as staying on course with my diet is concerned...I have to plan I way to keep me occupied the entire day. It will be tough, but I just have to remember that I did not work my but off all this week to mess it up on my rest day. NOPE! Can't do it! Won't do it! Well sweeties, stay motivated and inspired!!!
