Added the dill pickle because I was trying to get some salt in tonight. Had had a zipfizz in my water at the gym and finished it with dinner, but also added some lite want to the steak to get potassium. And took a magnesium pill tonight. Happened to notice I was tired today and my sweat wasn't as salty as normal..( I know gross but sweat in the mouth when your a sweat machine in the gym it happens lol) so getting some electrolytes

Try pink himilyan salt with beef bone broth after a workout or before you eat..I usually put some cream of tartar in the drink as well..you also want to get BCAAS after your workout..that helps with electrolytes. Frozen peas or spinach would have been a better choice with the protein watch Dr. Berg and Thomas Delauer on YouTube they are awesome with keto. You are doing great. Good luck!

BEACHMOM03- until you have grabbed a whole thing of cream cheese and ate it straight like an ice cream sandwich your not weird. Lol I do this often, but usually only if I have name brand Philadelphia cream cheese, which is total different texture than off brand.. Trying to get my calories in lol and being to lazy or buzy or to hungry to make microwave cheesecake.

Icperry- peas are so carby though... I just was crabbing stuff last night.. If there would have been an open can of green beans I would have grabbed some of those, but everyone else had pizza. I wasn't even tempted.

Still looks good. I just ate fruit salad- 1 cup pineapple,1cup red grapes, 1/4 cup blueberries. But I enjoyed it.

I count calories too. In general Protein veggies fruit and depending on the day one or two healthy bread rice pasta carb

one of my favorite snacks that fits into my keto great is cream cheese on deli roast beef wrapped around a pickle!! pickles cure my carb cravings big time

That is a great one - I love pickles, like with a hamburger, with onion , tomato - One thing I had one for you before I did this low carb , protein diet, 1/3 m&m peanut, 1/3 meat sticks, 1/3 cheese in a bowl - I don't do the cheese or m&m daily but I do stirfry, 1 protein, 1 carb or vegy item and 1 part fluid - So soup in other words - You are doing great!
