Day 9...yeah...I am almost done with detox! Going to stay on track 100% today and weigh in in the morning, I am sure hoping that my dedication has paid off! It better or I might just go postal! LOL!!! Heading to the gym at lunch time and then have volleyball tonight so that will be good!
Meals for the day: Breakfast - Light and Fit Strawberry Yogurt snack - Smoothie Lunch - Vegetarian Chili snack - banana Dinner - brown rice and sauteed veggies
