Three days back on the wagon after a few months of being dragged behind it after falling off. Not proud to say that I put on over 15kg since this time last year. Well all that is about to change. Three days in. The rest of my life to go. I can do this.
92.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
