I HAVE BEEN WORKING THIS KETO DIET SINCE OCT. AND ON THE PLUS SIDE I HAVE LOST ALMOST 40 LBS BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE I HAVE HELL STAYING IN KETOSIS. I NEVER READ MORE THAN SMALL ON MY STRIPS AND MOST DAYS I READ TRACE. SO YESTERDAY I BROUGHT KETOTROPIN A KETONE ENHANCER. WISH ME LUCK
