Since I started eating Vegan in April my weight has gone down each weigh in. I don't measure or think about anything that I eat except for if it has fat or sugar in it. I'm happy eating this way and I love the results. 20 pounds gone and all I had to do was eliminate a few items from my foods, it's easier than counting calories and I eat until I'm full. Surprisingly I haven't felt hungry!
