Wow, I expected to gain weight this week because my period is coming up, but no, I was still able to lose a bit!
My birthday is exactly two weeks from today and just like last year, I plan to eat like a queen! Thankfully, Weight Watchers allows for the odd extra-calorie day.
I still have an annoying tummy, but I noticed lately that I am better at keeping up with the rest of the class when I take part in lunchtime workout activities at work. A not very expensive membership, and a great investment! Much better than going to the gym outside of work!
