Still can't go to the gym because of this stupid thumb, Today makes 7days very depressing! On the other hand Bunny is firing on all cylinders! Today she has an appointment with a trainer, she wants to add free weights and machines to her itinerary. l though it best to use a trainer for 3 sessions because they will be more in depth with the explanations and w/o's and she'll get her little w/o to keep track.She loves her yoga and pilate classes oh ya and her clogging club separate from the gym she dances with, she says it fulfills her lrish tendencies for dance.we'll have fun w/o together, she's seen the improvements with me so she wants some of that.Between her woe and her different itineraries she's become very satisfied with her outward appearance GOD is here inner.She's a beautiful, intelligent wonderful woman and l tell her that from time to time and she loves her man after all these decades so I'm in Good!! hahaha..l need to get back to the gym..I'm losing My Mojo!
