Today I reached my goal weight. Still don't believe that I am here. It feels great to read "you have reached your goal" on my journal page. Along with the weight, there is also a loss of all that clung to me around identity and self image and self worth. I am different because I changed more than what and how I eat. This will take some getting used to.
