Today was a good diet day...under my RDI, finally! And I got some exercise in, not as much as I would like but some.
I really need to take some time over the weekend and plan out my meals without using packaged foods (except for my soups, but I'm going to only go with the Healthy Request...lower sodium)...I want to reduce my carbs and increase my protein, so I need some adjustments. Exercise needs to become a regular occurance, then it won't be a problem to beat my buddy posterchild66 to 200lbs...the race is on!
