Does anyone else have a hard time with carbs? I have a hard time keeping them below 10g.

Why 10? I try to keep mine between 20-30 grams. Seems to work and it may not be as difficult for you. Good luck!

10 is extremely low. Remember, your muscles need carbs to repair.

Also remember, that you don't count fiber or sugar alcohols on a low carb diet. "net carbs" is what you count.

I do 20. I agree 10 would be very hard.
