Dammit! Dieting is hard. I'd forgotten how hard. I was distractingly ravenous this evening and I don't know if I'd say I blew it, but I"m not going to lose any weight today, or gain. Still, its surprising how quickly stuff adds up. I'm drinking water now, followed by herbal tea, hopefully I'll get my work done in time to have time to exercise this evening. Although I'm already feeling groggy.
