Morning workout Insanity: cardio recovery, 30 min
It's a good thing my friend is keeping me on this. I would have already given up. Time to eat breakfast and get on with the day. How is it that I cleaned for four hours Monday and I am still cleaning today?? Never ends. I am also watching my Uncles kids until next Wednesday. He has a boy and a girl. The boy has wheat and corn allergies so it's good that I already know how to avoid wheat. Corn is a bit more of a challange but it's alwaysgood to learn. Hope everyone is having a good week so far?
