Two days in a row now of exercise...feeling pretty good about it, back on board with the program...diet went slightly off track today, but only by 200cal so not huge...try harder tomorrow and drink even more water.

Yup, DQ...weak moment...but it was GOOODD!! If I didn't have the icecream breakdown, I would have had a great food day...today is much better...so far.
