Morning exercise Insanty:40 min
Know I rememeber why I only got a week and a half into it! This boech is hard!! Well at least it is done for the day. The only thing I can't do at the moment is the push ups, my wrist are hurtin to bad to push on them. I felt like I rested just as much as I did working out but I am sure it will get better in time. Getting ready for my uncle to come today so lots of things to get done before he gets here. Hope everyone is having a great week!
