Walked yesterday, but took a day off from swimming, seems I have ht a Plateu also I got in injection in my left knee, wow, feels so much better! Thank you Doctor! It did send my blood glucose to almost 200, so I took 10 units of 70/30 insulin, for the first time in 2 months, back to normal now! Now to work on getting past the weight loss Plateu, been here before, its just the body freaking out about losing weight so quickly I got new bathing suits in the mail today, went from wearing 5X to now wearing 3 X, cool part is, I was able to buy from a regular store, instead of a big and tall store!
