Staying away from the scale today. I have two big bags of stuff for donation. A friend who's a new mommy is taking my new fancy work clothes so I feel less terrible about ditching new stuff that accomodates my larger sizes. The good news is that I'm sitting here wearing a pair of jeans that hasn't fit for a couple of years. That's a good feeling. I know this is going to be a longer term task, but if it fits when I'm fat, it needs to go. Period. Not to the back of the closet or into a box. I'm actually quite surprised at what is fitting. 10's and 12's. I think some of the XXL labeling was coming from another person in my life and that can't happen again. All these battles. It's exhausting sometimes. Don't project your negativity/insecurities/paranoia on me. I have enough of my own running around in there, thank you! Now, shoo!
