I wasn't as good at the party last night as I hoped, but not too bad. Final count -- one glass of wine, too many tortilla chips, salsa, and guacamole, one serving of meat, one serving of veggies, and one small dessert. I would have been able to skip the dessert but the hostess' feelings would have been hurt since she made one for each guest.
Did a really hard workout today. Forty-five minutes on the ellipitcal stepper and a high (for me) step rate. Trying to ameliorate the sins of the previous night.
I want 190 so bad I can taste it.
